Ordering and pickup went smoothly. The vanity top is quite heavy, so moving it downstairs required some effort. The finished product looks very nice. However, I did need to make some adjustments to the vanity to properly align with the sink size, sink placement, and faucet location. I cut a plywood board ½ inch smaller than the vanity top, cut the sink opening into the plywood, and placed it on the existing vanity, making modifications as needed. After positioning the vanity top, I created the faucet opening using a hole saw arbour. My only minor concern is that I would have preferred the faucet opening to be positioned closer to the sink so that a standard faucet would direct water nearer to the drain.
