Production Timing
Delivery / Pick Ups
You have the option to pick up or have your order delivered. This option is available when checking out.
Once the order is ready, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
To keep delivery low, it is done by one person. Please have someone help unload the products.
Delivery is to the main floor only.

These lead times may vary depending on factory workloads, staff illness, material availability, etc. Even after the order has been placed. No consequential claims will be accepted for any reasonable delay in the quoted lead-time
It is the customer's responsibility to check every item before picking up or upon delivery for any issues.
